From Burnout to a Gentle Weight-Loss Reset (Without Medication)

The last four months have been the hardest of my life. In September, I lost someone unexpectedly. Then came the burnout; real, physical burnout that showed up in my body before my mind caught up.

The Breaking Point: When Your Body Stops Cooperating

September and October hit me hard. Here's what happened:

  • Unexpected grief – I lost someone with no warning signs, no time to prepare.
